Experience in Generative AI
My experience comes from building and using AI every day to solve real problems. I used Vibe Coding to create a niche startup, built a political dialer powered by AI, customized open-source models, and developed bots that streamline my daily work.
I led a study with Brown University on how AI impacts Rhode Island’s workforce and shared insights that shaped local conversations on the future of jobs. I earned a certificate at Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Education Course Leading in Artificial Intelligence: Exploring Technology and Policy, which gave me direct access to top AI thinkers. I also worked with the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals to develop and implement their AI Virtual Academy.
I’ve been invited to speak and learn alongside experts at events like Boston Blockchain Week: Where AI and Blockchain Converge, Brown University’s AI in Healthcare: Opportunities and Risks Webinar, AI For Executives Webinar, and Embracing AI-Driven Change: A Guide For Leaders, as well as the New England Technology Institute’s AI Summit in Healthcare. I presented Introduction to AI to the Rhode Island Governor’s Young Leaders Advisory Group and conducted an AI Skills Workshop for a state workforce board’s staff.
A recent study shows 95% of businesses using AI did not become more efficient. The reason is simple. While 10% of the world uses OpenAI’s ChatGPT weekly, most are not using AI correctly. In response, I started working with private companies to support AI System integration. First, we conduct an AI Readiness Assessment this evaluates your organizations strategic alignment, data readiness, technical infrastructure, organizational capabilities, and cultural readiness. We identify the aspects of your organizations processes that can benefit from AI. This isn’t only beneficial for integrating AI but it’s all essential in identifying how competitors can build an advantage.
Experience Talent Acquisition
My experience in talent acquisition started in political campaigns when I helped hire over 30 individuals in one month to knock doors for a political campaign. I’ve built experience in my institutional time building workforce programs. I’ve developed a vast network throughout Rhode Island and nationally while also supporting the improvement of nationally recognized workforce programs. My talent acquisition services start with identifying the needs of my client what kind of talent are they looking for, next I conduct a thorough analysis to identify the best potential options last; we screen interested applicants and connect them to the client for direct hire.
